It is to be submitted to Registrar of Companies (ROC) by a foreign company registration together with its annual accounts. (iv) amount of such transaction through the year with highest, lowest, opening and closing balance in the year.
(v) description and nature of transaction
(vi) a declaration that such transactions were conveyed out at arms length basis
(vii) amount written off or written back to the associated persons
(viii) material causes of such transaction on both parties
(ix) any other points of the transaction is required to know the financial impact.
(i) recipients of the returns
(ii) amount of profits returns during the year.
(iii) dates of repatriation
(iv) form of repatriation
(v) mode of repatriation
(vi) informations, if return made to an authority other than the address of the receiver.
(vii) approval of any other authority or the reserve bank of India .
(c) The other associated person of the foreign company out of India involving its holding, associate and subsidiary company, contain
(i) date of such transfer to the company
(ii) amount of fund received or transferred in that company
(iii) purpose of such transfer is pass to the company
(iv) mode of receipt or transfer of fund to that company
(v) The company transfer is accept an authorities or Reserve Bank of India.
7. The company registration documents are submitted to the Registrar within six months of the foreign company. Every foreign company must close the financial year to which the documents is associate. The company registration period is not exceeding three months of their said period.
8. If a foreign company is desirous of obtaining the exemption from making of the application or any such documents. Then the following steps may be taken :
(a) It may hold a Board Meeting and approve the making of the application for the above purpose duly specifying. The special reasons therefore and authorize its representative to make the application to seek the requisite exemption.
(b) If central government grants exemption as sought for or grants exemptions subject to conditions, act accordingly and comply with the conditions.
