What Is Digital Signature Certificate

The Digital Signature Certificate is like a normal written signature it creates the name of the trader filing the certificate through internet which sender cannot remove or refuse. The Digital Signature Certificates can be used to validate in the case of directives and it is comparing of a regular signature that has a new input connected electronically to any news or a form.

The digital signature certificate is categorized into two parts they are Personal certificates and Server certificates.When a person has a digital signature secret key is constrained to a particular user and show that the message was sent by the user. The Digital Signature also provides that no changes are built on the information before the document has been signed digitally.

The digital signature certificate is valid up to 2 years, then you can renew and it is a design of verifying the accuracy of an e-document. The digital signature certificate is delivered into your hands within ten days of the respective chartered accountants and you can store your signature in your pen drive and use for your further electronic forms.

 

Why Digital Signature is Required?

The documents we are signed is common But the digital signature certificate is signed digitally in the electronic documents. In the case of MCA 21 ministry of the company subject that all the company forms to be signed digitally with the certificates in Chennai.

Digital Signature Certificate Types

There are three characters of digital signature certificate

  • Class1
  • Class2
  • Class 3

Class 1 : The Class 1 digital signature certificate for business people and the use of private persons.

Class 2 : The Class 2 digital signature certificate is for business people and the use of private persons and this certificate is used for most of filing save in case of positive tenders.

Class 3 : The class 3 digital signature certificate is for managements and respective persons and it is used for electronic commerce applications.
